Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your Bravii account and everything in it at any time. Here's exactly how.
Delete in the app (fastest)
You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside Bravii:
- Open the Bravii app on your device.
- Go to the Parent Dashboard (enter your parent PIN if prompted).
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm when asked. That's it — your account and data are removed permanently and immediately.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes everything associated with it — permanently and immediately. This includes:
- Your account and sign-in details;
- All child profiles (first name, age and avatar);
- All routines and tasks you created;
- All task-completion logs and progress history;
- All goals and progress against them;
- All practitioner notes linked to your children;
- Your private parent journal;
- Your gratitude entries and hard-day logs; and
- Any active practitioner links and unused linking codes.
This cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you want to keep any information, please save it before deleting.
Your parent PIN is stored only on your device, not on our servers, so it is removed when you delete the app or clear its data on that device.

Please write from the email address on your account so we can verify the request. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you before deleting.
After deletion, residual copies may remain briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten in the ordinary course, and we may retain limited records only where the law requires. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
